In a room this small, the tile is the decoration.
Both baths are narrow city rooms with one window between them, so the work went into pattern and stone rather than furniture. In the first, a grey and white striated marble is laid on the floor in a long offset bond and carried up as the vanity top, against plain white wall tile. The shower is the exception: a wall of aqua petal mosaic behind frameless glass, which is the only colour in the room and is placed where it is seen from the door.
The second bath reverses the logic. Here the pattern is dry and large, a petal repeat in grey on pale porcelain, run full height on the vanity wall and through the shower. Below the marble cap rail it changes to sea glass field tile in a soft green, and the vanity top is travertine. Fittings are polished nickel with cross handles throughout, the sconces are ribbed glass and chrome, and the mirrors are frameless so nothing interrupts the two patterns doing the work.
